Terms of Service

By adding the Bot to a Discord server, using its commands, or using the admin web app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service automatically grants and removes Discord roles based on the Hedera tokens and NFTs a member’s registered wallet holds on-chain (“token gating”). Server admins configure rules mapping tokens to roles; the Bot syncs roles to on-chain ownership. The Service is provided free of charge.

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet Discord’s minimum age requirement. Server admins are responsible for how they configure gating rules on servers they control.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to bypass gating, overload or attack the Service, reverse-engineer it for abuse, or use it to violate Discord’s policies or applicable law. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access to protect the Service or other users.

Role assignments depend on public on-chain data read from the Hedera mirror node, which may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or occasionally inconsistent. Roles are reconciled on a schedule, so changes in ownership are not necessarily reflected instantly. We do not guarantee that any role will be granted, retained, or removed at any particular time.

The Service is a Discord role-management tool. Nothing it does — including granting a role for holding a token or NFT — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer, or a solicitation. Holding tokens to obtain a role does not create any financial product or entitlement. You are solely responsible for your own decisions regarding any digital assets.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Superheroes and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, roles, access, or digital assets, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server or unregistering your wallet. We may remove access to the Service for any server or user that violates these Terms or Discord’s policies.
